If you’re wondering what to put in the Fermenter to make some potions, we’ve got a guide for you. If you already know how to make a Fermenter, skip to the headline down below. If you don’t know how, you’ll need to have gotten both Fine Wood and Bronze to unlock the recipe.
What to Put in the Fermenter
Once you’ve placed a Fermenter, make sure it has enough shelter around it and a roof. Otherwise, you’ll get a message when trying to ferment anything that says “Too Exposed“. This is similar to the issue with crafting stations needing a roof or also being too exposed. Once your Fermenter is all set up, you’ll need to make a mead base from a Cauldron. Then, you can place the mead base into a Fermenter to make a mead that provides resistance, extra regen, or health, for example.
After putting a mead inside the Fermenter, you’ll need to wait two in-game days before it’s ready. Once it is, you’ll get six consumable meads after interacting with it. Every mead recipe is listed below alongside what it does.
