For those of you always looking to get more Vampire Survivors, Brotato comes in with a ton of action in this unique genre. I put together this list of all the different items in Brotato alongside their stats to try and help people learn more about the game. I noticed I couldn’t find info on certain items online so here I am.

This list includes only the passive items you can get, so you won’t see any weapons below. It’s worth mentioning that this list is a work-in-progress so it’s possible I haven’t included a few items still. I’ll add item images to this guide soon as well. Feel free to share items with their stats in the comments and I’ll add them to the list. Also, I didn’t include prices for items in the shop since they can vary.

Baby Elephant +20% chance to deal 1 (10% Luck) damage to a random enemy when you pick up a material. (1 is at 0 Luck)
Baby Gecko +15% chance to instantly attract a material when it’s dropped. -1% Life Steal
Bag +20 Materials when you pick up a crate. -1% Speed
Bat +2% Life Steal, -2 Harvesting
Beanie +4% Speed, -6 Range
Blood Donation +40 Harvesting. You take 1 damage per second (does not give invulnerability time). Can instantly kill you when combined with Weird Ghost.

Snake Burning spreads to a nearby enemy. -1 Max HP

Terrified Onion +4% Speed, -6 Luck
Toxic Sludge +2 Elemental Damage, -2% Dodge
Turret Spawns a turret that shoots bullets dealing 10 (80% Engineering) damage. (10 is at 0 Engineering)
Ugly Tooth Hitting an enemy removes 10% of their speed. Max 30%. -3% Speed
Weird Food +2 HP Recovered from consumables. -2% Dodge
Weird Ghost +3 Max HP. Start the next wave with 1 HP. Can instantly kill you when combined with Blood Donation.
